My Services
You are a unique individual and deserve the time and attention of a health provider who understands you. I will strive to help you achieve happiness and health by working together to create a customized plan that is specific to your needs, goals, and lifestyle. All services are conducted virtually with a health at every size mindset and a non-diet approach. Together we will strive for happiness and health.

Individual Nutrition Counseling
I believe that all bodies are good bodies, and that everyone deserves to feel good in their skin. That's why I offer holistic nutrition counseling for your personalized needs—so you can focus on living instead of dieting. I’m not about calorie restriction or "eating healthy." I’m about eating nurturing whole foods, making sustainable changes to eating and lifestyle behaviors, and gaining a better understanding of what it means to feel healthy. Nutrition counseling sessions are personalized for the individual but will typically focus on current food choices, beliefs around food, lifestyle habits, desired changes, and roadblocks to making changes. Recipes and meal plans are not standard but can be discussed if desired.

Individual Health Coaching
I know that it can be hard to make changes. My goal is to create a safe and encouraging space for you to make desired changes at a pace that works for you. I believe that everyone has the potential to make positive changes in their lives, and I want to help you get there. Our personalized sessions can focus on a variety of behavior change goals and will include a discussion of belief patterns, habits, desired changes, and roadblocks to making changes. We'll explore these topics together and help you find a path forward that feels right for you!

Group Health Coaching
To participate in our groups, please make sure that you are committed to the group. Each group will consist of 3-6 people who will meet at least once a week for a minimum of 5 or 10 weeks. You must commit to the entire length of the group to move forward. Group sessions are focused on each individual's relationship with food and their bodies. [Please contact me if you have a group who is interested or if you are interested in joining a group.]
Nurture Mindfully
Have you ever felt like your body has been lying to you? Like you have no idea what it needs, or how much of it?
I know the feeling. I’ve been there.
You might be surprised to learn that we are born intuitive eaters—meaning, our bodies instinctively know how much food is right for us to eat. But as children and adults, we’re taught all sorts of rules around food that can make it hard to listen to our bodies’ natural signals. We learn things like, “you can only have cake on your birthday” or, “you have to finish your greens before you can have dessert.” We create rules like only eating pasta if we run 2 miles first, or only eating popcorn while watching a movie at the theater (and not at home). Diet culture, food fads, marketing, and our peers lead us to believe that creating and following these rules around food is necessary for health—but it doesn’t have to be!
I’m here because I believe that learning how to trust yourself and find peace with food is one of the greatest acts of care you can provide yourself.
